Salary Range: $8 - $9 USD per hour (30hrs - 40 hrs per week depending on the workload)

About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing & Invoicing Associate to own the invoicing workflow end-to-end. You'll work directly with the founder to ensure every completed clinical shift is tracked, reconciled, and invoiced — no revenue left on the table. The role uses LocumSmart (web-based, no download), Google Sheets/Drive, and Excel. Full training provided.

• →Track all completed physician shifts across multiple systems
• →Reconcile timesheets, approvals, and invoices in a shift reconciler (Google Sheets)
• →Create accurate invoices from submitted timesheets via LocumSmart
• →Calculate provider payments per contract terms
• →Identify and resolve billing discrepancies proactively
• →Follow up on missing, delayed, or incomplete items
• →Maintain clean, auditable spreadsheets at all times

• Excellent written and spoken English (non-negotiable)
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency
• Prior experience in invoicing, billing, or financial operations preferred
• Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable and available during U.S. Central Time business hours
