About the Role

Collaborate on UX improvements and proactively suggest design enhancements

Maintain clean database structures and reusable workflows

Develop and maintain API integrations, webhooks, and Make.com (Integromat) scenarios
Build and enhance Google Sheets automations using Google Apps Script (custom functions, triggers, validations)
Manage data synchronization across CRMs, internal databases, and reporting tools

Work closely with product, operations, finance, and tax teams to convert requirements into scalable low-code solutions
Document system architecture, workflows, and integrations clearly
Identify performance issues, design friction, and automation bottlenecks and propose improvements

Requirements

Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and webhooks

Advanced Google Sheets and Google Apps Script (JavaScript) skills

Experience integrating tools such as HubSpot, ClickUp, Monday, Airtable, or similar systems

Excellent English communication skills

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
