We are seeking a high-energy, persuasive, and results-oriented Sales & Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you aren’t just answering questions—you are a brand ambassador and a closer. You will turn every customer inquiry into a sales opportunity by identifying needs and recommending the perfect solutions.

The ideal candidate is a "people person" with a competitive spirit who thrives on hitting targets and turning a "no" into a "yes" while maintaining a world-class customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Generation: Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services during inbound support calls.

  • Consultative Selling: Actively listen to customer needs to recommend tailored solutions that drive sales growth and increase average order value.

  • Lead Conversion: Follow up on inquiries via phone, email, and chat to convert potential leads into loyal, paying customers.

  • Problem Resolution & Retention: Resolve customer concerns with a "save" mindset, turning negative experiences into opportunities for brand loyalty and renewed sales.

  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and sales progress in the CRM to ensure effective follow-ups and lead nurturing.

  • Performance Targets: Consistently meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including sales conversion rates, revenue targets, and CSAT scores.
