We are seeking a high-energy, persuasive, and results-oriented Sales & Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you aren’t just answering questions—you are a brand ambassador and a closer. You will turn every customer inquiry into a sales opportunity by identifying needs and recommending the perfect solutions.

Responsibilities

Revenue Generation: Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services during inbound support calls.

Consultative Selling: Actively listen to customer needs to recommend tailored solutions that drive sales growth and increase average order value.

Lead Conversion: Follow up on inquiries via phone, email, and chat to convert potential leads into loyal, paying customers.

Problem Resolution & Retention: Resolve customer concerns with a "save" mindset, turning negative experiences into opportunities for brand loyalty and renewed sales.

CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and sales progress in the CRM to ensure effective follow-ups and lead nurturing.
