Work Hours (Client) : Sunday to Thursday day-time EST hours

Holidays : 1,400-1,700usd/month

Pay Range : USD/month (varies based on skill set and experience level)

Home Instead is dedicated to enhancing the lives of aging adults by providing compassionate, high-quality care. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Care Support who will help us manage our care plans, reporting and organization

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Schedule caregivers to execute care plans designed by our registered nurses.
• Handle overnight scheduling changes or client incidents for 24/7 coverage
• Handle inquiries from potential clients (web and inquiry calls)

Minimum Requirements:

Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills

Education: Bachelor's Degree (ideally)

Experience: 5-10 years of customer service experience

• Preferably some healthcare experience or training (e.g., nursing school or experience)
• Microsoft suite (including Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook), bonus if SalesForce experience (but can be trained)
• Very good internet connection and computer (phones are VOIP)
• Bonus if direct experience in healthcare or personal care staffing
• Bonus if some financial or reporting experience
• English Skills: Very good
• Demeanor: Customer service and client-centric while dealing with clients, but detail-oriented since must be able to work with other schedulers in a demanding and fast-paced rol
