Search Location: Latin America, South Africa, Canada, and the United States
Salary: 6000 - 7000 USD /month │Latin America - South Africa
: 9000- 12,000 USD /month │USA / Canada /UK
Incentives: Performance-based incentives tied to revenue/margin targets

About the Role:
We are seeking a Head of Fulfillment & Student Success to oversee the smooth delivery of our educational programs and services while driving student engagement, satisfaction, and overall success throughout their learning journey. This role is critical in ensuring that students not only complete our programs but also achieve tangible outcomes that translate into success stories.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the fulfillment team, including coaches, support staff, operations, and course developers.
- Own the end-to-end program delivery process, including onboarding, ongoing student engagement, and tracking of student outcomes.
- Monitor and ensure students are progressing and hitting milestones, providing support and intervention where needed.
- Handle refunds, escalations, and retention efforts to maintain high satisfaction and minimize churn.
- Develop and implement systems, training, and quality assurance processes to optimize fulfillment operations.
- Serve as the main point of accountability for everything that happens after a deal closes, transforming clients into success stories.
Requirements:
- Has at least 5-7 years of proven experience leading teams in educational program delivery, student success, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of student engagement strategies and outcome-focused program management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage escalations and complex client situations.
- Experience building systems, processes, and quality standards for operational efficiency.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of motivating teams and ensuring alignment on goals.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and improve student progress and satisfaction metrics.
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
- Can begin within 2–4 weeks of receiving an offer.
- Must have no non-compete / restraint clauses or contractual restrictions for a seamless transition
