The company is a U.S.-based financial advisory firm that relies on digital systems and automation to support client acquisition and ongoing engagement. The firm uses HubSpot as its core platform for managing marketing webpages, email communication, lead workflows, and CRM data integrity.

The HubSpot Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the company’s HubSpot environment. This role focuses on execution and platform health, ensuring that webpages, email campaigns, workflows, and CRM data function reliably and efficiently.

Working under the direction of the Marketing Director, this position supports existing marketing initiatives by handling HubSpot setup, automation, data hygiene, and integrations. This is a hands-on operational role, not a marketing strategy position.

• Manage day-to-day administration of HubSpot Marketing Hub, CMS, and CRM
   
• Maintain overall CRM health including contact records, lifecycle stages, and segmentation
   
• Assist with managing and updating marketing webpages within HubSpot CMS
   

• Build, manage, and maintain email campaigns and email drip sequences
   
• Set up and monitor lead nurturing workflows based on provided requirements
   
• Troubleshoot workflow logic, email delivery issues, and automation errors
   

• Maintain data hygiene and segmentation best practices within HubSpot
   
• Ensure proper integration between HubSpot and other marketing or CRM-related platforms
   
• Support list management, reporting accuracy, and system consistency
   

• Monitor performance of emails and workflows and make basic optimizations as needed
   
• Assist with A/B testing and conversion improvements when requested
   
• Stay current on HubSpot updates, features, and best practices to maximize platform usage
   

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub
   
• Strong experience with email automation, workflows, and HubSpot CMS
   
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization concepts
   
• Working knowledge of website basics including HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript, and domain management
   
• Experience using Google Analytics or similar marketing analytics tools
   

• Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on system accuracy and reliability
   
• Comfortable executing tasks independently with clear direction
   
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
   
• Organized, methodical, and process-driven
