Job Title: Research Analyst/Admin – Healthcare Provider Network
Location: Remote (Philippines-Based)
Working Hours: 8am to 5pm Central Time
Compensation: $1,200 - $1,500 USD/month

About the Role
We are a mission-driven organization dedicated to connecting individuals with healthcare providers to foster recovery and wellness. By building a comprehensive global network of mental health and addiction treatment providers, we empower individuals to access accurate, tailored referrals.

We are seeking 30 Offshore Research Analysts to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will research and document information about healthcare providers to expand and maintain our robust database. Your work will directly bridge the gap between individuals and the care they deserve, making a meaningful impact in the healthcare and mental health sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive online research to identify and validate mental health, addiction, and healthcare providers worldwide.
• Review and expand an initial database of 20,000 companies, ensuring comprehensive and accurate data.
• Analyze providers’ levels of care and service offerings to categorize them effectively for partnerships.
• Write, revise, and edit detailed descriptions of providers following brand guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
• Use contextual awareness and keyword analysis to identify suitable service providers.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance data collection and scale the review process from 500 to 1,500–2,000 centers monthly.

Qualifications

• Strong research, data analysis, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience with addiction, behavioral healthcare, or mental health terminology is a plus.
• Proficiency in data categorization, segmentation, and CRM tools is desirable.
• Excellent written communication for effective documentation.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working remotely.
