Position : Chief Executive Officer
Working Schedule : 8a-5p CST Business Hours (Not a standard 8-5 job)

About the company:
A highly profitable, near 8-figure revenue SaaS platform that empowers brands to grow through affiliate and influencer partnerships. As we enter our next stage of expansion, we’re looking for an entrepreneurial, full-stack operator to lead the business as CEO. This role includes full P&L ownership, oversight of all key functions, and the responsibility to drive the next chapter of growth and profitability.
We’re looking for a hands-on operator — someone with experience scaling lean, profitable SaaS businesses, ideally a financially savvy operator with a background in technical marketing or sales-led growth, as well as very strong product & user-experience instincts. As CEO, you will set the vision, build the team, own the financials, and lead Refersion and its subsidiaries into its next era of success.
Responsibilities:
- Set the strategic vision and operating plan to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
- Responsible for the management of the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow for Refersion.
- Lead, hire, and manage the core team across required functions such as Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations.
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap with a deep understanding of customer needs.
- Design, implement, and optimize go-to-market strategies across acquisition channels (paid, organic, partners, direct sales, inbound, etc.).
- Establish operational excellence, building a culture of accountability, performance, and high trust.
- Regularly report performance to the Board and stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong customer-first mentality, ensuring retention and NPS improvements.
- Manage company cash flow carefully and make wise strategic investments to drive ROI.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of startup or growth-stage company leadership, and experience growing a SaaS business.
- With Product Lead Growth experience.
- Must have an MBA.
- Experience as a CEO, GM, Founder, Head of Growth, or early executive responsible for revenue, marketing, and/or operations.
- A strong background in marketing and product management is essential for success in this role
- Deep understanding of go-to-market motions, preferably including deep affiliate, partner, or channel marketing experience.
- Proven experience running a lean, profitable, disciplined operation — no “growth at all costs” venture mindsets need to apply.
- Strong product sensibility — able to work with engineers, designers, and PMs to ship great products.
- Financially savvy: Able to manage and optimize budgets, forecast cash flows, and understand key SaaS metrics.
- Outstanding leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of hiring and developing talent.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: hands-on, resilient, adaptable, decisive.
