Minimum 4+ years’ experience in civil CAD drafting or civil engineering. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required. Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred but not mandatory. Strong technical writing and research skills.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Create detailed subdivision and land development plans which include but are not limited to:

- →Existing Plot Plan
- →Existing Features Plan
- →Proposed Site and Grading Plan
- →Site Details
- →Proposed Landscaping Plan
- →Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan
- →Erosion and Sedimentation Control Notes and Details.
- →Post Construction Stormwater Management Plan
- →Post Construction Stormwater Details
- →Predevelopment Drainage Area Plan
- →Post Development Drainage Area Plan
- →Must be proficient in using AutoCAD Civil 3D 2025.
- →Prepare complete subdivision and land development plans as per the municipal ordinances. Must be able to review online the township Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance and Zoning Ordinance and development the required drawings and calculations.
- →Prepare stormwater design as per Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection design requirements and municipal ordinances.
- →Prepare erosion and sedimentation control plans as per Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and local conservation districts.
- →Prepare National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) drawings and calculations as per Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Department requirements.
- →Complete all Modules and Worksheets associated with the NPDES Permit.
- →Preparing stormwater reports as per the township online stormwater ordinance.
- →Collaborate closely with our licensed PE, contractors, architects, and municipal officials to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
- →Prepare documentation for municipal permits and zoning approvals.
- →Support occasional site visits and field inspections as needed.
Requirements
~1 min read- Minimum 4+ years’ experience in civil CAD drafting or civil engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong technical writing and research skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and clients.
