🚀 Client Growth Manager (Buy-Side)
📍 Remote – Open to candidates in Latin America
🕒 EST, Monday–Friday (typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET; to be confirmed)
💰 On-Target Earnings (OTE) up to $80,000 USD, consisting of base salary plus performance-based variable compensation. The expected mix is 50/50 to 60/40 base-to-variable, with final compensation determined by experience, skill set and market factors.

This company is a leading online M&A sourcing platform connecting professional acquirers and sellers of privately held small businesses. The platform improves speed, confidentiality, and overall transaction success.
In 2024, nearly 11,000 lower middle-market businesses pursued M&A opportunities through the platform, generating over 1,000,000 connections, 75,000+ signed NDAs, and hundreds of millions of dollars in successfully closed transactions.
Responsibilities
~1 min readThe Go-To-Market (GTM) team includes sales and customer success professionals focused on acquiring new customers and growing existing relationships across both the sell-side (investment banks, M&A advisors, business brokers, and business owners) and the buy-side (private equity firms, family offices, corporate development teams, independent sponsors, and search funds).
Your primary responsibility is to support buy-side members by proactively engaging inbound prospects and existing customers via phone and email, managing key operational processes, and maintaining accurate systems and records.
You’ll help build trust, deliver high-quality support, and ensure members achieve success on the platform. The team also conducts proactive outreach to re-engage members whose platform usage has declined or from whom additional information is required.
Success in this role comes from developing a deep understanding of the platform and effectively communicating its value. You’ll receive ongoing training, development, and coaching.
This is not a support-only role. You’ll manage your own portfolio of clients, drive retention, and identify growth opportunities.
Responsibilities

- →Drive key engagement KPIs through consistent phone and email outreach
- →Execute core customer success tasks, including:
- →Proactive outreach to increase platform usage
- →20+ connected calls per week and timely responses to inbound requests
- →Launching targeted email campaigns to improve member engagement
- →Sharing product and service feedback with internal teams
- →Salesforce administration, including contract processing and verification
- →Handling support requests via phone and email
- →Participate in internal meetings and contribute to projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements

- Communication: Fluent in English (C1+); confident communicator in a client-facing role
- Employment Stability: A consistent work history is preferred
- Prior exposure to investment banking, private equity, or related GTM environments is a strong plus
