We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Programmer to support ongoing and new machining operations. The ideal candidate is proficient in Fusion 360 (with a working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar CAD tools), demonstrates strong technical judgment, and is eager to learn and adapt to new tasks.

Responsibilities

Program 3-axis (and 4-axis if applicable) CNC milling machines using Fusion 360 CAM.

Interpret 2D drawings and 3D models to create efficient toolpaths and machining strategies.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams on design for manufacturability and process optimization.

Select appropriate tooling, feeds, and speeds to maximize efficiency and surface finish.

Simulate and verify toolpaths to avoid collisions and reduce scrap rates.

Maintain organized program libraries and documentation for future use.

Assist operators and supervisors with program issues and troubleshooting.

Support continuous improvement initiatives around cycle time reduction and quality control.

Adapt to new tasks, materials, and machines as the company grows.

Communicate clearly with the US-based team to ensure alignment on deadlines and production goals.
Requirements

3+ years of experience as a CNC Mill Programmer (or similar role).

Proficiency in Fusion 360 for CNC programming is essential.

Strong AutoCAD skills or experience with similar CAD software.

Deep understanding of machining processes, tool selection, feeds & speeds, and fixture design.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and 3D models.

Demonstrated capacity to learn new software and adopt new techniques quickly.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Strong communication skills for remote collaboration and feedback loops.

Reliable internet connection and availability to coordinate with US business hours when needed.

Bonus Skills: 4-axis programming experience, knowledge of DFM principles, or experience with multi-component assemblies.
