About the Role
~1 min readWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Drawing Processing Assistant to support our pre-construction and operations workflows.
This role is critical in ensuring construction drawings, project documentation, invoices, and operational data are accurately processed, tracked, and maintained. You will work closely with project managers and internal teams to keep projects moving forward without delays caused by administrative gaps or data inconsistencies.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in structured, process-driven environments, is highly proficient in administrative operations, and has strong experience working with spreadsheets, documentation, and invoicing systems.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Review, organize, and process construction drawings and related documents
- Ensure all plans are properly labeled, stored, and version-controlled
- Track revisions and maintain up-to-date records across projects
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to project and operations teams
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for all project-related materials
- Assist in creating and improving operational workflows and documentation processes
- Support project tracking and status updates across multiple jobs
- Review, process, and track invoices related to construction projects
- Ensure accuracy of billing data and alignment with project scope
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information
- Maintain clear records for financial tracking and reporting
- Build, maintain, and update Excel spreadsheets for project tracking and reporting
- Track key project metrics, timelines, and financial data
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
- Generate reports to support decision-making and operational visibility
- Communicate effectively with project managers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Follow up on missing documentation, approvals, or required inputs
- Help ensure projects stay on schedule by removing administrative bottlenecks
- 5–9 years of experience in administrative, operations, or project support roles
- Experience working with construction, architecture, or engineering documentation (preferred)
- Strong experience managing invoices, billing processes, or financial tracking
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, formulas, organization)
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (required)
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Experience with project management or construction software (a plus)
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and tools simultaneously
Nice to Have

- Familiarity with construction drawings, blueprints, or plan sets
