Responsibilities

Manage inbound DMs across multiple creator personas (Ellie Whitmore, Sophia Voss, Patricia Simmons) through ManyChat
Respond in the distinct voice of each creator - not as a brand account
Build and optimize ManyChat automation flows to convert viewers into signups
Flag patterns in DMs and comments that inform content direction

Research hooks, trending topics, and competitor content to feed into our video pipeline
Surface viral travel content, industry news, and platform trends weekly
Support AI content production at scale across our creator personas and creating new personas - working within an established pipeline using Higgsfield, HeyGen, and Buffer under direction

Assist with content for the main Repriced.ai brand accounts
Help format and prepare posts following brand guidelines

Strong English writing - you can match a tone and voice, not just summarize
Genuinely passionate about social media and how content performs
Comfortable working in terminal / command line
Hands-on experience with Claude Code or similar agentic AI tools
Experience working within automated workflows and understanding how they are structured
Comfortable using Claude or ChatGPT as a core writing and research tool
Experience with ManyChat
Familiarity with AI production tools (HeyGen, Higgsfield, Buffer) as daily working tools
Obsessive attention to detail - wrong voice, wrong prop, wrong caption gets caught before it goes out
Organized and proactive - you flag blockers early and hit deadlines without being chased
Travel, finance, or lifestyle content background is a plus
