We are a profitable, bootstrapped B2B SaaS company building sales engagement software used by SDRs and small to mid-market sales teams across the US and Canada. Our platform includes a dialer, sequencer, and rep-coaching tools. We're a lean team of eight, and after years focused on product, we're now building our audience.
About the Role
~1 min readWe're turning one founder's day of raw content into a weekly multi-channel publishing engine — and we need someone to run it.
Once a week, our founder blocks a full day to record long-form video interviews with sales leaders, share frameworks, and deliver takes on what's actually working in sales right now. Your job is to take that raw material and turn it into a week's worth of polished output across YouTube, LinkedIn, our podcast, our blog, and our email list.
This is a behind-the-scenes role. The founder, our CTO, and guests are the on-camera talent. You are the editor, producer, distributor, and analyst who makes the engine run.
Content Production
- End-to-end management of the content production cadence, distribution, measurement, and iteration
- Our flagship video podcast — booking, prep, editing, publishing, and promotion
- The slicing pipeline: turning one ~60-minute interview into one podcast episode, 4–6 short videos, 4–6 social posts, 1–2 long-form articles, and an email send
Publishing & Distribution
- Blog and long-form articles, with SEO basics: titles, meta descriptions, internal links, and structure
- Social media output on LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and X — including hooks that make people stop scrolling
- Weekly email newsletter — list management, drafting, and tracking opens, clicks, and replies
Strategy & Documentation
- Maintain and contribute weekly to our flagship lead magnet: an evergreen, deeply detailed guide to scaling sales
- Own your own scorecard — publishes per channel, audience growth, listens, opens, clicks, and content-attributed trial signups, reviewed weekly
Monday — plan the week, book the next guest, prep questions and structure for the recording day.
Tuesday — produce the recording session (sound, framing, follow-up questions captured in chat).
Wednesday–Thursday — edit and produce deliverables: episode mastered, transcript cleaned, shorts cut, articles drafted, social copy written, email send drafted.
Friday — publish, promote, and distribute. Newsletter goes out. Numbers reviewed. One incremental contribution to the lead magnet doc.

You are self-driven and organized — comfortable keeping five things in flight without dropping any. You're curious about sales, marketing, and technology, and that curiosity shows up in your work.
