solutions. We work closely with architects, designers, builders, and homeowners to deliver high-
performance appliances supported by expert product knowledge and real-world experience.

supplying premium appliances, we provide expert product advice, appliance specification
support, and installation guidance to ensure every solution is fit for purpose.
Education is a core part of what we do. From product explainers and installation guidance to
project showcases and inspiration, content plays a critical role in how we communicate value
across social media, email marketing, YouTube, and our website.

Role Overview: 
We are looking for a creative, organised, and digitally confident Marketing Assistant / Social
Media Content Curator to support ongoing marketing execution. This role is hands-on and
execution-focused, working closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver consistent, high-
quality content across social media, email marketing, YouTube, and the website.
This role is focused on content production and delivery rather than high-level marketing
strategy. Clear direction, templates, and systems are already in place.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media
  • Post daily on Instagram following a defined content plan
  • Engage with comments, messages, and followers
  • Monitor and engage with the YouTube community, including comments and interactions
  • Maintain brand tone and visual consistency
    Email Marketing (EDMs)
  • Organise and schedule EDMs approximately once every two weeks
  • Manage multiple content streams including products, education, projects, and
    promotions
  • Ensure clean formatting and brand consistency
  • Use Mailchimp for creation, scheduling, and basic list management
    Video Content
  • Edit supplied footage into reels, short-form videos, explainer content, and product
    showcases
  •  Follow provided templates, brand assets, and content guidelines
  • Ensure consistent video quality and presentation
  • Blog Content
    •  Write and upload blog content approximately once every two weeks
    • Format blogs using headings, images, and links
    • Upload and publish content via the website CMS (training provided)
Required Hard Skills: 
  • Working knowledge of Mailchimp for EDM creation and scheduling
  • Familiarity with Instagram and Facebook posting and engagement
  • Strong written English and attention to detail
  • Video editing experience for short-form and explainer content
  • Photo editing skills for social media and blog use
  • Comfort uploading and formatting blog content in a CMS
Soft Skills
  • Highly organised with strong time-management skills
  • Reliable and comfortable working to content calendars
  • Creative but disciplined in following brand guidelines
  • Confident online communicator
