One of the leading education and software companies in the machine embroidery industry. We help embroiderers learn digitizing, improve their skills, and create professional-quality embroidery designs through online education, software, workshops, and community support.
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Content & Community Partnerships Coordinator to help us expand our content, strengthen our customer community, improve our educational resources, and build relationships with creators and partners in the embroidery industry.
This is an execution-focused role. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating, organizing, communicating, and getting things done.
Help Embroidery Legacy maximize the value of every piece of content we create while improving customer engagement, educational resources, and industry visibility.
The ideal candidate will help transform videos, webinars, tutorials, and internal expertise into blogs, help articles, community conversations, and partnership opportunities.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Monitor comments across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
- →Respond to customer questions, comments, and discussions in a timely manner
- →Ensure community members feel heard, supported, and valued
- →Escalate support-related questions to the appropriate internal team members when needed
- →Follow up on unanswered questions and conversations
- →Maintain a friendly, educational, helpful, and brand-aligned tone across all interactions
- →Identify common questions that should be turned into HelpScout articles, FAQs, videos, or educational content
Goal:
No customer should feel ignored when interacting with Embroidery Legacy online.
- →Develop recurring community activities and engagement initiatives
- →Create a community content and engagement calendar
- →Plan and coordinate community events, challenges, and campaigns
- →Encourage discussion and participation within our groups and social channels
- →Gather customer stories, project showcases, testimonials, and success stories
- →Identify and celebrate active community members
- →Work with Bethany, John, and the team to increase engagement and participation

Goal:
Create a thriving community that encourages participation, builds customer loyalty, and gives members a reason to return regularly rather than simply consuming content passively.
Help turn our expertise and educational content into discoverable resources that help customers learn and succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Research blog topics, competitor content, YouTube videos, and customer questions
- Identify content opportunities and content gaps
- Create blog posts, guides, tutorials, educational articles, and customer success stories
- Turn existing videos, webinars, and educational content into written content
- Work with AI tools to improve content creation efficiency
- Ensure content is clear, accurate, beginner-friendly, and aligned with our brand voice
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to verify information

Goal:
Every major content piece should become multiple discoverable assets rather than existing in only one format.
Help organize and expand our educational resources.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain HelpScout knowledge base articles
- Convert tutorials and videos into step-by-step help content
- Create onboarding resources and troubleshooting guides
- Improve FAQs and customer documentation
- Identify knowledge gaps that create support requests
- Work with support and product teams to ensure technical accuracy
Goal:
Help customers find answers faster and reduce repetitive support questions. Reduce support burden while improving customer success and onboarding.
Help Embroidery Legacy build one of the most active, supportive, and engaging embroidery communities online.
Help grow awareness of Embroidery Legacy through strategic relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Research creators, educators, influencers, bloggers, and potential partners
- Identify collaboration opportunities
- Coordinate outreach campaigns
- Maintain outreach and relationship tracking systems
- Follow up professionally with potential partners
- Help coordinate reviews, collaborations, guest content, and affiliate opportunities
Goal:
Increase third-party content, reviews, tutorials, and mentions of Embroidery Legacy products and software.
Requirements
