Content Strategy & Execution: Own the end-to-end content strategy and execution for the primary social channels: LinkedIn and X (Twitter). Focus on creating lower-funnel content specifically oriented towards lead generation for sales.
Experience: Proven experience in "growth-defined" roles, where your work was measured by lead generation and other key metrics, as opposed to "brand-defined" roles.

Own the end-to-end content strategy and execution for the primary social channels: LinkedIn and X (Twitter).

Focus on creating lower-funnel content specifically oriented towards lead generation for sales.

Identify and originate what kind of content works, then collaborate with internal creative resources to ensure it is polished and on-brand. You will also be responsible for creating your own content, including copy and some minimal design work.

Manage and optimize all content for performance, with a relentless focus on ROI and key metrics.

Identify and report on what content is working and why, providing actionable insights to leadership.

Constantly analyze data to ensure content is effectively feeding into the sales funnel.

Leverage AI tools and other smart workflows to build and manage content efficiently.

Be AI-savvy and comfortable with leveraging tools to automate and optimize content creation, rather than relying on manual processes.

Work closely with the team to understand business goals and translate them into a content strategy.
