We are seeking an intellectually curious, research-driven Financial Content Writer to fuel our digital client acquisition funnel. Our independent advisory firm specializes in high-ticket retirement readiness and tax optimization for sophisticated high-net-worth clients (doctors, lawyers, and founders).

This is a backend, creative production role. Your primary objective is to research, outline, and script high-performance long-form YouTube content that builds immense brand authority and drives qualified organic traffic into our conversion ecosystem. You will take complex, high-level fiscal themes (such as corporate structure optimization, tax-shelter mechanisms, and wealth preservation strategies) and translate them into highly engaging, accurate, and viewer-retaining video scripts.

  Script Production: Research, conceptualize, and write four (4) fully realized, comprehensive long-form YouTube video scripts per month.

  Topic Architecture & Research: Mine financial news, tax-code updates, industry data rooms, and client pain-point maps to pitch compelling, high-retention content angles.

  Funnel Optimization: Infuse psychological hooks, strong narrative retention structures, and clear, organic calls-to-action (CTAs) within scripts to drive viewers to book strategy sessions.

  Data Organization: Maintain an organized internal content repository, tracking ideas, source materials, and script variations across compliance and production timelines.

• Experience: 2–3+ years of experience as a Content Writer, Scriptwriter, or Financial Researcher—ideally writing content optimized specifically for YouTube, podcasts, or digital direct-response funnels.

• Financial Comprehension: Strong baseline understanding of personal finance, investment models, tax strategies, and the professional lifestyles of high-earning individuals (physicians, entrepreneurs).

• Direct-Response Formatting: Deep comprehension of modern video-retention mechanics (e.g., creating strong introductory hooks, pacing body content, and scripting seamless pitch transitions).

• Autonomy & Workflow Hygiene: Highly proactive nature; comfortable taking a high-level topic concept and independently running through deep research to a finalized script with minimal structural direction.

• Communication: Flawless written English copywriting skills with a strong, persuasive, and authoritative authorial voice.
