Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Head of Partner Success & Content
We are a performance-driven operations company helping e-commerce brands scale from $200K–$2M revenue across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and Shopify using proprietary content and workflow systems.
We operate on a revenue-share model, meaning we only succeed when our partners succeed. This is a true partnership, not a transactional client-vendor relationship.
Our leadership comes from a background of building and scaling product brands and marketing operations, so we focus on execution, results, and operator-led strategy.
The Creative Content Director owns the entire content creation process for 8–12 brands monthly across multiple channels. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of:
- Strategic copywriting
- Creative direction
- Project and team management
The role exists because modern e-commerce content has shifted: AI-driven algorithms now require context-rich, customer-first content. Brands that still use outdated strategies fail to convert, and this role ensures content aligns with modern standards across Amazon, email, paid ads, and landing pages.
