We are looking for a warm, organized, emotionally intelligent Creative Coordinator / Team Leader to support, guide, and motivate our growing creative team. This role is the glue that keeps video editors, graphic designers, creative strategists, and asset managers aligned, supported, and performing at their best.
The ideal candidate is a people-first leader who can maintain smooth day-to-day communications, elevate the quality of our creative output, and foster a positive, motivating work environment.

Responsibilities

Identify recurring creative or quality issues and recommend actionable improvement guidelines.

Maintain strong brand consistency across all design, video, and creative assets.

Perform initial checks to ensure assets meet team standards before escalation.

Maintain daily communication with video editors, designers, asset managers, and strategists to uncover issues, gather updates, and proactively problem-solve.

Report relevant issues and progress to leadership clearly and promptly.

Ensure team members are utilizing new learning material and SOPs.

Provide ongoing positive feedback and encouragement to keep motivation high.

Document key action points and ensure follow-through on all commitments.

Deliver weekly performance and pipeline reports with insights and recommendations.

Conduct weekly 1:1s with creative team members.

Provide mentoring, skill-building suggestions, and growth-focused feedback.

Track individual and team performance, identifying trends early.

Identify training needs for editors, designers, and other creatives.

Help mediate interpersonal issues or workflow conflicts.

Keep morale high and maintain smooth, enjoyable communication across the team.

Create a psychologically supportive environment where creatives feel appreciated.

Identify workload balance issues and assist with resource allocation.

Warm, empathetic, and approachable—someone team members feel comfortable talking to.

Requirements

Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Notion, etc.) is a plus.
