We are an award-winning, UK-based Business Development and Marketing growth partner specialising in the built environment.

We partner with ambitious firms — from architects and engineers to contractors, consultants and developers — to make them more visible in the markets they want to grow in, generate better-fit opportunities and win more of the right work.

We are a small, senior-led team working with growing businesses across the UK and internationally. We bring strategy, positioning, visibility and client acquisition together into one joined-up growth system, and we are looking for an experienced creative marketer to become a key part of our next stage of growth.

About the Role

~1 min read

We are reshaping our marketing function with a stronger creative and content focus, and we need an experienced, hands-on Creative Marketing Executive to own content and creative delivery across both our client accounts and our own brand.

Content sits at the heart of the role. You will take business and marketing strategy and turn it into ideas, campaigns and content that people actually want to read, watch and engage with — from LinkedIn posts and thought-leadership articles to campaign concepts, video content and wider marketing assets.

You will work closely with the Co-Founders on strategy and client direction, then be trusted to own the execution: developing the angles, ideas and content needed to bring each objective to life. Because this is a remote, senior-led environment, you will need to take an objective, understand the thinking behind it, and run with it under your own initiative. You will be properly onboarded and introduced to accounts, but day to day you are the person getting high-quality creative work out the door.

Responsibilities

~1 min read
  • Own content planning and delivery across multiple client accounts and our own brand
  • Generate original content ideas, angles, hooks and campaign concepts tied to commercial objectives
  • Write high-quality social content, blogs, articles, thought leadership and campaign copy
  • Ghostwrite for founders, directors and subject-matter experts while accurately capturing each individual voice
  • Create and edit visual content — graphics, social assets, short-form video and other creative materials — across multiple channels
  • Interview clients and subject-matter experts to turn technical knowledge into engaging content
  • Repurpose podcasts, videos, workshops and long-form content into compelling formats across channels
  • Maintain a consistently high creative standard across different client brands and tones of voice
  • Turn agreed marketing strategies into clear, executable content and campaign plans
  • Own day-to-day campaign delivery across multiple client accounts
  • Work with the Co-Founders to develop creative approaches around client growth objectives
  • Research target markets, audiences, competitors and industry trends to surface insights and content opportunities
  • Coordinate with designers, freelancers and support resource to get campaigns delivered
  • Review campaign performance and use the data to improve future content and creative
  • Keep projects moving, priorities clear and deadlines on track
  • Proactively bring new ideas rather than waiting for a brief
  • Stay on top of shifts in content, social and marketing that could improve how we work
  • Use AI intelligently to accelerate research, ideation and production without compromising originality or quality
  • Help improve internal content processes and build more efficient ways of delivering great work as we scale

Requirements

~1 min read
  • 3+ years in a content-led, creative or integrated marketing role, agency-side or in-house
  • Excellent copywriting skills and a genuine enjoyment of writing
  • A strong portfolio across written, visual and video content, including work you personally created or played a significant role in delivering (we will ask to see examples)
  • The ability to take a loose brief or commercial objective and turn it into strong creative ideas
  • Experience planning and delivering content across multiple channels
  • Confidence managing multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders at once
  • Strong research skills and the curiosity to get underneath unfamiliar or technical subjects
  • Commercial awareness — an understanding that good content has to achieve results, not just look or sound good
  • Confidence using marketing and content technology, including AI tools
  • Genuine self-sufficiency — able to take ownership and deliver without constant direction
  • Agency experience, or experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously
  • Experience creating B2B thought-leadership content
  • Experience with technical or complex subject matter
  • Knowledge of the built environment, construction or property sectors
  • Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Claude (and other LLMs) and Riverside.fm

You are naturally curious, full of ideas and slightly obsessive about producing good work.

You do not need everything mapped out before you start — you can understand the objective, ask good questions and figure out how to get there.

You are equally comfortable discussing the bigger idea one minute and writing the LinkedIn post, briefing the creative or getting the campaign live the next.

And you care about commercial results. We are not interested in creating content to fill a calendar.
