Full-Time | Remote | Salary + Bonus Potential
We are a fast-growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand portfolio seeking a high-performance Creative Strategist who lives and breathes performance marketing. If you understand what makes a scroll-stopper convert, love scripting hooks that hit, and can direct UGC, statics, and motion assets with strategic precision — this role is for you.
Responsibilities
~1 min readAs our Creative Strategist, you’ll lead end-to-end creative strategy for several of our top-performing SKUs — spanning categories such as wellness, personal care, pet health, supplements, and lifestyle accessories. You’ll turn insights into thumb-stopping, revenue-driving creative across Meta, YouTube, and additional performance channels.
Responsibilities

Develop and lead multi-SKU ad creative across the full customer journey.

Build, test, and refine messaging angles, frameworks, and formats that drive conversions.

Use customer reviews, performance data, and market trends to guide prioritization of concepts and iterations.
Regularly script and develop concepts for:

VSLs (Video Sales Letters)

UGC and VO-led ads
-
Short-form social scripts & hooks
-
Static ad copy, angles, and concepts

Motion briefs (GIFs, animations, micro-motions)
Each concept must be emotionally resonant, platform-native, and conversion-optimized.

Participate in creative review rounds with in-house production and editing teams.

Provide clear, constructive feedback to elevate creative quality and ensure alignment with brand tone and performance goals.

Join weekly syncs with creative, production, and growth teams.

Support creator casting and brief development (e.g., using influencer/UGC platforms such as Insense).

Recommend workflow improvements, testing strategies, and creative iteration opportunities.

Consistent delivery of high-impact creative that improves ROAS and lowers CPA.

Strong understanding of ecommerce trends, ad psychology, and performance-driven hooks.

Efficient output with fast turnaround times without sacrificing creative quality.

Ability to lean in during major campaign pushes, launches, or high-velocity testing sprints.

Experience developing creative for DTC brands in wellness, personal care, pet, or similar verticals.

Familiarity with performance metrics via Meta Ads Manager or equivalent analytics.

Ability to script, concept, direct, and brief editors, animators, and UGC creators.

Strong communication — responsive and collaborative across Slack and team calls.
