  • Serve as the primary point of contact for creators and brands throughout each campaign
  • Keep both sides informed, aligned, and confident — fast, clear communication that builds trust quickly
  • Manage creator follow-through without friction, holding deadlines while protecting the relationship
  • Own CRM accuracy: deal stages, revenue attribution, creator assignments, and campaign status are always current
  • Build automations and workflows that eliminate manual work and reduce human error
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and redesign the process so they don't recur
  • Document repeatable processes so the team can scale volume without losing quality
  • Spot delivery risks before they become problems and escalate early with a recommended fix
  • Catch the small details others miss across hundreds of moving parts per campaign cycle
  • Report campaign and pipeline status clearly to leadership
  • You own delivery tracking for every active campaign, with zero missed deliverables.
  • The CRM is accurate and current — anyone can open it and immediately know where every deal and campaign stands.
  • You have shipped at least one automation that removes a recurring manual task.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in campaign operations, project/account management, or delivery/operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects against hard deadlines with no dropped balls
  • Strong CRM discipline and comfort owning data accuracy (e.g., HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, or similar)
  • Hands-on experience building automations or workflows to remove manual work (e.g., Zapier/Make, automation features within a CRM or project tool)
  • Excellent written communication and the confidence to manage external stakeholders directly
  • Self-directed operator who takes ownership without needing day-to-day direction
  • Direct experience in influencer/creator marketing, social media, talent management, or a marketing agency
  • Familiarity with creator partnership mechanics: deal terms, deliverables, usage rights, and payment tracking
  • Experience working closely with a founder or in an early-stage, high-growth environment
  • Comfort designing process from scratch rather than inheriting it
