Our client is building a next-generation publishing platform at the intersection of AI, creators, books, and social commerce. Their mission is to help individuals transform ideas into published books and distribute them through modern social commerce channels, creating new opportunities for authors, creators, and consumers alike.

As the company scales, they are investing heavily in creator-led growth and affiliate partnerships. They are seeking a Creator Partnerships & Affiliate Growth Lead to own and scale a high-touch VIP creator program focused on driving product awareness, creator engagement, and revenue growth.

The Creator Partnerships & Affiliate Growth Lead will serve as the primary owner of a VIP creator program designed to cultivate relationships with high-performing TikTok Shop affiliates, BookTok creators, and social commerce influencers.

This is not an administrative or traditional virtual assistant role. The ideal candidate is a creator-facing revenue operator who understands partnerships, affiliate growth, relationship management, and creator engagement. They will be responsible for identifying opportunities, activating creators, managing campaigns, and helping creators maximize performance through data-driven insights and ongoing support.

The successful candidate will combine elements of account management, affiliate marketing, partnerships, creator relations, and growth operations into one highly impactful role.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day execution of the VIP creator program

  • Manage a pipeline of high-potential creators, affiliates, and social commerce partners

  • Track creator status, commitments, follow-ups, sample requests, and campaign participation

  • Move creators through the lifecycle from prospect to active partner

  • Ensure every creator has clear next steps and ongoing engagement

  • Build strong long-term relationships with top-performing creators

  • Identify and recruit high-quality TikTok Shop affiliates and creator partners

  • Send personalized outreach and follow-up communications

  • Re-engage creators who have previously participated in campaigns

  • Qualify creators based on audience fit, performance metrics, content quality, and engagement

  • Clearly communicate the value proposition and benefits of participation

  • Convert creator interest into active campaign participation

  • Build and manage creator launch groups for new product releases and campaigns

  • Match creators with products best suited to their audience and content style

  • Coordinate sample requests and campaign onboarding

  • Provide creators with briefs, talking points, content angles, and performance insights

  • Track campaign performance, posting activity, and creator engagement

  • Encourage repeat posting and long-term participation

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for creators

  • Provide product recommendations and performance insights

  • Help creators identify opportunities to improve engagement and results

  • Escalate creator concerns or opportunities to leadership when necessary

  • Identify high-performing creators deserving of expanded opportunities and support

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and creator tracking systems

  • Monitor creator activity, campaign performance, engagement, and outcomes

  • Report on creator pipeline health and campaign performance

  • Analyze performance trends and identify improvement opportunities

  • Create and refine SOPs, outreach frameworks, and campaign processes

  • Continuously improve creator activation and retention strategies

Requirements

  • 2–8 years of experience in:

  • Excellent written English communication skills

  • Strong relationship-building and account management abilities

  • Proven follow-up discipline and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple conversations, campaigns, and priorities simultaneously

  • Experience working within CRM systems, Airtable, HubSpot, Notion, spreadsheets, or similar tools

  • Strong commercial judgment and ability to identify high-value opportunities

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Interest in creators, social commerce, ecommerce, media, publishing, or digital marketing

  • TikTok Shop experience

  • Influencer or affiliate program management experience

  • Experience working with U.S.-based creators and influencers

  • Ecommerce or social commerce background

  • Campaign launch and creator activation experience

  • Experience creating creator briefs or campaign materials

  • BookTok, publishing, media, or content industry exposure

  • Startup experience in fast-moving environments

  • Shopify, TikTok Shop Seller Center, affiliate platforms, or creator CRM experience

  • Experience utilizing performance data to guide creator campaigns

  • Fully remote position

  • Full-time schedule

  • Strong overlap required with U.S. business hours, particularly Eastern and Pacific afternoon coverage

  • Creator-facing role requiring active communication throughout the workday

  • Performance-focused position with significant ownership and autonomy
