Serve as the primary Customer Service Representative for real estate agents and listing brokers inquiring about our institutional buying power.

Provide high-touch, professional support by clearly explaining our property parameters, investment criteria, and corporate purchase timelines.

Ingest incoming property submission data, review documentation for completeness, and log interaction notes cleanly inside the CRM.

Conduct helpful, polite check-ins with our network of active real estate agents to ensure they have everything they need to submit properties to us successfully.

Qualify the agent's current listing availability and seamlessly coordinate calendar logistics to schedule them with our Head of Acquisitions.

Act as a reliable communication bridge, resolving administrative bottlenecks or scheduling conflicts between external agents and our internal execution team.
Requirements

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Customer Service (CSR), Client Support, Account Coordination, or Real Estate Administration (e.g., Real Estate Assistant, Desk Coordinator, or Transaction Support).

The CSR Mindset: A naturally helpful, warm, and structured communicator who genuinely enjoys managing relationships and organizing moving parts.

Real Estate Literacy: A foundational understanding of how real estate agents operate (e.g., commissions, active listings, properties) to ensure an instant, professional conversational baseline.

Communication Mastery: Superb written and verbal English communication skills with a neutral, highly accessible phone delivery suitable for dealing with US professionals.

Systems & Setup: Highly proficient with shared digital calendars and modern CRM databases. Must possess a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home office setup.
