  • Guide users through the platform, providing assistance with transactions and listings.
  • Collaborate with the brokerage team to ensure seamless service across both technology and personal support.
  • Document interactions and feedback to improve service quality and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
  • Contribute to our support knowledge base and provide feedback for product improvements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to communicate user needs and insights.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a tech, marketplace, or e-commerce environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Salesforce administration; a skills test for both platforms will be part of the hiring process.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on empathy and active listening.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Previous sales experience or knowledge in sales is preferred but not required, especially in business or real estate marketplaces.
