Responsibilities

- →Collaborate with the brokerage team to ensure seamless service across both technology and personal support.
- →Document interactions and feedback to improve service quality and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
- →Contribute to our support knowledge base and provide feedback for product improvements.
- →Work with cross-functional teams to communicate user needs and insights.
Requirements
~1 min read- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a tech, marketplace, or e-commerce environment.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Salesforce administration; a skills test for both platforms will be part of the hiring process.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on empathy and active listening.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Previous sales experience or knowledge in sales is preferred but not required, especially in business or real estate marketplaces.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A skills test in Google Sheets and Salesforce, as well as a personality test, will be part of the hiring process.
