Salary Range: $1,000 - $1,400 USD

Scope of the Role 


As a Customer Support Representative, you will manage customer interactions through various communication channels, assist with support tasks, and contribute to enhancing our documentation. Your role will involve using tools like Guide, Tweez, and Google Docs to provide top-tier support and improve our processes based on customer feedback.


Duties and responsibilities:


  • Manage customer interactions through calls, emails, and chats, providing timely and effective support.
  • Assist in offloading support tasks and managing communication cadences to ensure efficient operations.
  • Use our customer support platform, Guide, to deliver excellent support and resolve customer issues.
  • Create and maintain screen recordings to assist with documentation and provide clear guidance to customers.
  • Enhance our documentation based on customer feedback, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
 

Requirements:

 
  • English proficiency (C1) Both reading and spoken.

  • Proficiency with customer support tools such as Guide, Tweez, and Google Docs.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to create clear and concise screen recordings.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
