We are a premier online B2B distributor specializing in high-end construction, industrial, and heavy machinery equipment. Operating primarily through inbound channels, we manage a highly diverse catalog of over 5,000 SKUs—ranging from woodworking machinery to automotive lifts. We pride ourselves on having meticulously documented, step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and are looking for a dedicated professional to confidently manage our sales process from inquiry to fulfillment.

This is not a general virtual assistant role or a high-pressure cold-calling position. We are specifically looking for an experienced B2B sales support professional based in the Philippines. You will act as the critical bridge between our inbound customers and our suppliers/OEMs, ensuring orders move smoothly through the sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate possesses exceptional critical thinking skills, reads inquiries thoroughly to understand the true context, and avoids relying on copy-pasted or AI-generated shortcuts. This is a 100% exclusive, full-time role; candidates with dual or overlapping employment will not be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Take ownership of the sales process from initial customer inquiry all the way through to final delivery and fulfillment.

  • Quotations & Invoicing: Prepare accurate customer quotations and create invoices based on specific client requirements and custom jobs.

  • Order & Supplier Management: Manage purchase orders (POs) and sales orders; connect with suppliers/OEMs to gather real-time specifications, pricing, and freight timelines.

  • CRM Maintenance: Update and maintain our CRM system meticulously to keep all customer data and order milestones accurate.

  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate deliveries, follow up regularly with both customers and suppliers, and ensure zero friction in the fulfillment cycle.

  • High-End Customer Service: Monitor and handle incoming phone calls and emails via communication platforms (Front, Quo/Open Phone), providing excellent service throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Sourcing Region: Must be located in the Philippines.

  • Proven Experience: Real, verifiable B2B sales support or order fulfillment experience.

  • Target Industry Expertise: Highly preferred experience in one or more of the following sectors:

    • Construction equipment or Heavy machinery

    • Industrial equipment or Manufacturing

    • Building materials

    • Electrical or HVAC distribution

  • Core Skills: Proactive, highly detail-oriented, an excellent verbal and written English communicator, and fully capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

  • Tech-Savvy: Quick to adapt to tech stacks. Experience with Slack, Front, Open Phone / Quo, or standard CRM platforms is a major plus.

  • Exclusivity: A commitment to working exclusively for our brand to ensure data security and prevent overemployment performance issues.
