- India: $3,500 – $4,500 / month
- LATAM: $4,000 – $4,800 / month
- Eastern Europe: $4,500 – $5,500 / month

About the Company
A growing digital advertising network with multiple subsidiaries, focused on large-scale data integration and unified analytics. The company relies on a strong, scalable data infrastructure to ensure that all subsidiaries have access to consistent, reliable data for decision-making.
Role Overview
The Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust data pipelines that integrate data across multiple subsidiaries. This role is essential for creating a single source of truth for the organization, enabling sophisticated analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate is technically advanced, highly organized, and experienced in handling complex data architectures.
On top of the overview provided, this hire will build out our CDP (customer data platform) inside Snowflake, helping us create centralized subscriber profiles across all subsidiary data under Factua.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
- Integrate data from multiple subsidiaries into a unified data warehouse.
- Collaborate with analytics and BI teams to support modeling, reporting, and data-driven insights.
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across all pipelines.
- Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize data workflows for efficiency and scalability.
- Document data architecture, standards, and best practices for internal teams.
Hard Skills
- Advanced SQL, Snowflake, and DBT expertise
- ETL/ELT pipeline development experience
- Strong data modeling and data architecture skills
