Role Overview:
We are seeking a Data Entry & Administrative Specialist to join our team based in the Philippines. This is a back-office, non-customer-facing role focused on processing, organizing, and maintaining critical business and medical data across multiple systems.
This position goes beyond traditional data entry. We’re looking for someone who's detail-oriented yet adaptable—comfortable working across evolving workflows, learning new tools, and supporting systems that may incorporate automation and AI over time.
What this Role is Not:
- No customer or patient-facing responsibilities
- Not a purely repetitive “heads-down” data entry role—requires adaptability and problem-solving
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data across internal systems and databases
- Upload, download, and organize documents (primarily PDFs) across various platforms
- Navigate and manage Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
- Process and validate high volumes of administrative and clinical data
- Maintain data integrity and ensure consistency across systems
- Support ongoing improvements in workflows and processes
- Assist with documenting and refining standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Adapt to new tools, systems, and AI-assisted processes as they are introduced
- Collaborate with the broader offshore team to ensure efficient task completion
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
- Experience working with EMR systems or similar data platforms (preferred)
- Comfort handling PDFs and document management tools
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow structured processes while remaining flexible as workflows evolve
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proactive mindset—willing to take initiative beyond repetitive tasks
- Experience in administrative, data entry, or back-office support roles
