Execute daily and weekly audits comparing live inventory counts in internal systems against master Google Sheets

Flag and investigate mismatches in unit counts, SKU data, or valuation

Ensure all new data entries meet formatting and logic requirements before syncing into core systems

Document recurring data issues to help identify root causes across the supply chain or system processes

Maintain and improve Google Sheets to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and ease of auditing

At least 3 years in a data-heavy role such as Data Analyst, Inventory Auditor, or Operations Coordinator

Strong proficiency with advanced formulas including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, QUERY, Pivot Tables, and Data Validation rules

Ability to quickly identify inconsistencies, outliers, and illogical data points

Familiarity with inventory management systems, ERP platforms, or SaaS tools is highly advantageous

Strong focus on accuracy with a zero-error mindset

Comfortable with repetitive, high-focus tasks requiring sustained concentration

Enjoys investigative problem-solving and identifying the root cause of discrepancies

Proactive in suggesting improvements to systems and processes

Takes ownership of data accuracy and integrity
