As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in executing multi-channel marketing initiatives that grow our e-commerce presence, strengthen brand awareness, and build a loyal community of conscious beauty lovers.


This role supports our marketing and e-commerce teams across paid media, email/CRM, content, and influencer marketing. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in digital marketing, thrives in a creative and fast-moving environment, and is passionate about sustainability and clean beauty.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)

  • Monitor ad performance, pacing, and budgets while supporting testing initiatives

  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad visuals and copy

  • Implement conversion tracking, pixels, and UTMs

  • Report on ROAS, CTR, and other key metrics

  • Support the creation and scheduling of content across social platforms and the blog

  • Help manage the content calendar and align posts with product launches and campaigns

  • Conduct keyword research and assist with SEO optimization

  • Engage with community members across platforms and respond to comments/messages

  • Track engagement and organic growth KPIs

  • Support campaign creation and automation flows (welcome, cart recovery, post-purchase, etc.)

  • Write and format email copy, conduct A/B tests, and ensure deliverability best practices

  • Manage subscriber segmentation and list hygiene

  • Analyze performance reports and suggest data-driven improvements

  • Research and reach out to influencers, affiliates, and brand ambassadors

  • Track collaboration deliverables and maintain performance reports

  • Assist with influencer product seeding, briefs, and campaign coordination

  • Help update site content and visuals in coordination with creative and web teams

  • Support landing page creation and product merchandising for promotions or launches

  • Monitor site metrics (conversion rate, page performance, user behavior)

  • Collaborate on CRO and A/B testing efforts

  • Compile weekly and monthly marketing performance reports

  • Track key metrics such as traffic, conversion, AOV, customer acquisition cost, and retention

  • Support data visualization and dashboard upkeep


Requirements

  • 2+ years of digital marketing or e-commerce experience (beauty, skincare, or CPG preferred)

  • Strong understanding of paid ads, social media, and email marketing fundamentals

  • Familiarity with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, and Shopify

  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting

  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills

  • Creative mindset with attention to detail

  • Passion for clean beauty, wellness, and sustainability
