We are seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our content, paid media, and digital presence. This role combines video editing, social media management, advertising, analytics, and website coordination to help grow brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Responsibilities

Edit short-form video content (60–90 seconds) for platforms including YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.

Handle post-production using DaVinci Resolve and Descript, including color correction, captions, pacing, and thumbnail creation.

Manage and publish content across social media channels, ensuring consistent posting schedules and platform optimization.

Develop and maintain content calendars and posting cadence strategies tailored to each platform.

Analyze weekly content performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights.

Create thumbnails, story graphics, and supporting visual assets using Canva.

Identify and select compelling content segments for clipping, determine content angles, and optimize messaging for audience engagement.

Manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

Oversee audience targeting, budget allocation, creative testing, and campaign performance.

Identify new paid media opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.

Track advertising performance using Google Analytics and provide regular reporting on key metrics and outcomes.

Manage the firm's website presence and serve as the primary point of contact for website-related initiatives.

Lead the selection and ongoing management of external web development vendors, including Webflow developers when required.

Ensure website content accurately reflects the firm's brand positioning and business objectives.

Monitor website traffic, conversions, lead attribution, and user engagement through Google Analytics.

Coordinate all content and creative assets for attorney review and approval prior to publication.
Requirements

Proven experience editing short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve or equivalent video editing software; experience with Descript is highly preferred.

Strong Canva skills, including creating thumbnails, graphics, and visual marketing assets.

Hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns, including targeting, budget management, and creative optimization.

Proficiency with Google Analytics and the ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable insights.

Experience managing relationships with website vendors or developers; Webflow experience is a plus.

Strong understanding of platform-specific content strategies and audience behavior.

Excellent English comprehension and communication skills, with the ability to accurately edit and understand legal content.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing deadlines with minimal supervision.

Must be available for a minimum of four (4) hours of overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours each day.
