We are looking for a highly capable Digital Marketing Specialist who can help modernize and scale our marketing efforts while supporting a growing commercial real estate division.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly resourceful marketing generalist who can own marketing execution, marketing operations, CRM management, campaign deployment, commercial property marketing materials, and lead generation initiatives.
The ideal candidate is comfortable moving between creative work, data management, paid advertising, AI-assisted workflows, CRM administration, and marketing project execution.
You will work closely with leadership to help build and execute marketing initiatives that generate leads, support property marketing efforts, and improve operational efficiency.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, figuring things out independently, and helping build systems rather than simply completing assigned tasks.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Support paid social advertising initiatives
- Assist with campaign setup, testing, optimization, and reporting
- Create and deploy email marketing campaigns
- Manage audience segmentation and targeting strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements
- Build and maintain Offering Memorandums (OMs)
- Create listing packages and marketing materials
- Update property marketing collateral
- Research market data, demographics, traffic counts, and tenant information
- Coordinate marketing launches for commercial listings
- Ensure marketing materials remain accurate and current
- Manage CRM databases and contact records
- Maintain data accuracy and hygiene
- Import, segment, and organize prospect lists
- Support outbound marketing initiatives
- Build and manage marketing workflows
- Coordinate lead tracking and follow-up systems
- Utilize AI tools to improve content creation and marketing efficiency
- Support implementation of AI-driven marketing campaigns
- Help maintain automated communication workflows
- Collaborate with external AI consultants and implementation specialists
- Test and refine AI-generated outputs for accuracy and quality
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Coordinate marketing requests from leadership
- Track deadlines and deliverables
- Maintain marketing asset libraries
- Document processes and workflows
- Support special projects as needed
Requirements

- Experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Experience with CRM platforms
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience working with marketing automation tools
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
- Commercial or residential real estate experience
- Experience creating Offering Memorandums (OMs)
- Experience with Canva
- Experience with GoHighLevel
- Experience with AI-powered marketing tools
- Experience managing email and SMS campaigns
- Experience supporting small business or entrepreneurial teams
- Successfully manage active marketing initiatives
- Improve CRM organization and marketing workflows
- Produce commercial property marketing materials independently
- Launch and optimize marketing campaigns
- Become the primary owner of day-to-day marketing execution
