Responsibilities
~1 min readThis role is deeply hands-on, focusing on execution across key digital channels:

Launch and manage campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Bing

Implement and maintain UTM tracking
-
Build and manage audiences, including retargeting
-
Perform daily campaign monitoring and optimization
-
Plan, schedule, and publish approved content across blogs, email, and social media
-
Ensure all content is delivered accurately and on schedule
-
Create basic designs using Canva
-
Prepare and refine prompts for AI-driven image/video generation
-
Learn and execute simple video editing tasks
-
Track daily and weekly performance across key KPIs (Engagement, CPC, CPL, CVR, etc.)

Monitor and analyze analytics via Google Analytics (GA4)

Deliver consistent reporting and insights to stakeholders
-
Proactively suggest new ideas, tests, and optimizations

Identify opportunities that support growth and efficiency

Fully scheduled and published content across platforms

Strong self-management and ability to work with minimal supervision

Clear, proactive, and consistent communication

Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads

Proficiency in Google Analytics GA4

Ability to write compelling, engaging copy

Experience using Canva and applying AI tools for efficiency and creativity

Basic understanding of SEO principles

Exclusive role — cannot maintain a second job concurrently

Experience with automation tools (e.g., Go High Level)

Familiarity with Microsoft Clarity, Power BI, or other advanced analytics platforms

Understanding of Meta Pixel/CAPI and Google Tag Manager (GTM)

Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Yoast SEO

WordPress experience

Ads certifications (active or expired)
A clear path toward roles such as Digital Marketing Project Manager, Brand Manager, or other strategic expansions as the company scales.
