They partner with clients across multiple industries to create measurable growth through paid media, creative strategy, and data-driven marketing solutions.

 

As the agency continues to expand, they are seeking an experienced Digital Media Manager to lead the strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.

 

The Digital Media Manager will be responsible for managing high-performing paid media campaigns that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and return on advertising spend (ROAS). This individual will oversee campaign architecture, daily optimizations, budget pacing, reporting, and client communication while collaborating closely with internal creative and account management teams.

 

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about performance marketing. They should possess deep expertise across Google Ads and Meta Ads while maintaining a strong understanding of campaign attribution, analytics, and conversion tracking.

 

Responsibilities

Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Build, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Develop campaign strategies aligned with client lead generation and customer acquisition goals
  • Structure campaigns for optimal targeting, scalability, and performance
  • Continuously evaluate campaign performance and recommend strategic improvements

Campaign Optimization

  • Monitor campaigns daily and make data-driven optimizations
  • Adjust bidding strategies, audience targeting, placements, and budgets
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, messaging, and landing page performance
  • Optimize campaigns to improve Cost Per Lead (CPL), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and overall campaign efficiency

Budget Management

  • Manage advertising budgets with precision
  • Ensure campaigns pace appropriately throughout each month
  • Monitor spend to prevent over- or under-delivery
  • Provide recommendations for budget allocation based on campaign performance

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build and maintain automated reporting dashboards
  • Analyze campaign data and present actionable insights
  • Prepare client-facing reports and performance summaries
  • Lead performance review meetings and explain optimization strategies
  • Monitor key performance indicators and recommend ongoing improvements

Copy & Creative Collaboration

  • Write and optimize Google Ads headlines and Meta ad copy
  • Collaborate with designers and creative teams to develop high-performing advertising assets
  • Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and advertising platform requirements
  • Coordinate campaign launches and creative requests across internal teams

Workflow & Process Management

  • Manage campaign workflows and production timelines
  • Coordinate project tasks using ClickUp and other collaboration tools
  • Maintain organized campaign documentation and reporting
  • Support ongoing process improvements and operational efficiency

Professional Development

  • Stay current with emerging digital advertising trends and platform updates
  • Participate in ongoing training for evolving advertising channels including:
    • Connected TV (CTV)
    • Over-the-Top (OTT)
    • Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH)
 

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns
  • Expert-level experience with:
    • Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
    • Google Local Services Ads (LSAs)
    • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
    • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Proven experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaign performance
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make strategic recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience presenting campaign performance to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
 
  • Experience with AgencyAnalytics or similar reporting platforms
  • Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management software
  • Experience with advanced attribution and conversion tracking
  • Knowledge of Connected TV (CTV), OTT, and Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising
  • Experience working within a marketing agency environment
  • Strong direct-response copywriting skills for paid advertising campaigns
