We are seeking a highly technical, strategic, and business-minded Director of Marketing Data & Analytics to lead the evolution of our marketing data infrastructure and analytics function.
This is not a traditional reporting role.
This is a senior leadership position responsible for architecting sophisticated marketing analytics ecosystems, ensuring HIPAA-compliant data tracking, overseeing advanced attribution frameworks, and translating complex datasets into executive-level business insights.
You will serve as both:
- the strategic owner of the organization’s marketing analytics infrastructure, and
- the executive-level storyteller who transforms data into actionable growth decisions.
You will also directly manage and mentor an existing Marketing Data Analyst while collaborating cross-functionally with paid media teams, SEO strategists, client success leaders, and executive stakeholders.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in highly technical marketing environments while also possessing strong business acumen, leadership capability, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Architect and oversee the organization’s analytics ecosystem across:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Server-side tagging environments
- Custom event tracking frameworks
- CRM integrations
- Offline conversion tracking systems
- Define scalable analytics standards and governance protocols across multiple client accounts.
- Design secure healthcare-compliant tracking infrastructures with a strong understanding of:
- HIPAA-safe data collection
- Data redaction methodologies
- Server-side GTM container deployment
- Consent management frameworks
- Protected Health Information (PHI) safeguards
- Ensure tracking accuracy while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.
- Oversee integrations between analytics systems and platforms such as:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- StackAdapt
- HubSpot
- Salesforce
- CallRail
- Liine
- Additional third-party attribution tools
- Maintain closed-loop attribution systems that accurately measure marketing effectiveness.
- Serve as the internal expert on marketing reporting platforms such as:
- NinjaCat
- Looker Studio
- Similar BI/reporting systems
- Develop scalable executive dashboards focused on:
- ROI visibility
- CAC reduction
- Attribution clarity
- Growth forecasting
- Marketing efficiency metrics
- Translate fragmented datasets into clear, actionable business narratives.
- Present meaningful insights to both internal stakeholders and external healthcare clients.
- Help leadership teams understand:

- Directly manage and mentor an existing Marketing Data Analyst.
- Provide QA oversight on technical implementations and reporting outputs.
- Elevate team capabilities through coaching, process development, and technical leadership.

Requirements
