About the Role

This is a high-impact role focused on maximizing profit through effective marketing, negotiation, and relationship management. You will work cross-functionally with acquisitions, asset management, and closing teams to ensure a seamless and profitable disposition of real estate assets.

Manage the full disposition lifecycle for assigned real estate assets—from listing through closing.

Evaluate incoming offers, perform deal analysis, and negotiate sale terms to ensure favorable outcomes.

Build and maintain a strong buyer network, including investors, agents, wholesalers, and institutional buyers.

Coordinate with title companies, attorneys, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth and timely closings.

Maintain CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Podio, REI BlackBook) with accurate deal data, buyer interactions, and performance metrics.

Collaborate with internal teams to assess market conditions and determine optimal timing and strategy for each disposition.
Requirements

3+ years of experience in real estate dispositions, sales, or acquisitions, preferably in the investment or wholesale space.

Demonstrated success in closing high-volume real estate deals (30+ transactions/year ideal).

Strong understanding of real estate contracts, deal structuring, and closing processes.

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.

Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Podio, REI BlackBook, or similar platforms.

Real estate license preferred but not required.

Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Background: Experience at a real estate investment firm, wholesaler, or brokerage.

Skills: Confident closer with high emotional intelligence, negotiation finesse, and a solid grasp of ARV analysis and market comps.

Tools: CRM-savvy and familiar with contract paperwork, buyer psychology, and title coordination.

Personality: Persuasive, deadline-oriented, resourceful under pressure, and an excellent communicator.
