Location: Remote (LATAM Preferred)

About the Role
We’re looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist / Junior Front-End Developer to help manage and build internal company stores (think Shopify-style swag portals) using no-code and low-code platforms specific to the promotional products industry, such as OMG and Liftoff.
This is a hands-on role involving store setup, data uploads, visual layout execution, basic workflow automation, and general site management. While you won’t need to write complex code, you should feel comfortable navigating technical environments, troubleshooting issues, and working independently.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Build and maintain internal company stores using no-code platforms (e.g., OMG, Liftoff)
- →Upload and manage SKUs, pricing data, product imagery, and content
- →Perform visual QA, image formatting, and light mockups for store presentation
- →Automate basic workflows using tools like Zapier
- →Coordinate order processing and data validation tasks
- →Collaborate with internal teams, including HR and offshore teammates
- →Troubleshoot store or platform issues with a problem-solving mindset
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, BigCommerce) or similar
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools (Zapier, Airtable, etc.)
- Junior-level front-end development experience is a plus
- Strong written English communication skills
- Comfortable managing assets and ensuring clean site layout/flow
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently
- Previous exposure to company swag or branded merch stores is a bonus
- Based in Latin America (preferred for time zone alignment), though open globally
