Role: eCommerce Content Coordinator

Priority Location: Global (remote)

Working Hours: 40 Hours per week (Mon - Fri) hours for North American time zone overlap

Salary Range: $1,500 - $2,500 USD per month (The final offer is at the client’s discretion and depends on the candidate’s interview result, skills, and experience.)

Type of contract: Independent Contractor

Type of job: Remote

About The Role:

We are looking for a process-minded, highly organized E-Commerce & Content Coordinator to run the day-to-day administration of our global digital storefronts and content library.

This is an execution-focused administrative role, not a developer or strategic marketing position. You will work closely with our CMO and marketing team to take creative assets and product rollouts and seamlessly deploy them across multiple regions. You will be the ultimate gatekeeper of our online presence—ensuring that our sites are tidy, our products are accurately displayed, and our content assets are organized for global scale.

What You’ll Do:

Shopify Multi-Store Administration

  • Regional Store Management: Coordinate and maintain 4–5 international Shopify storefronts (including US, UK, Japan, Canada, and our B2B portal).
  • Page Localization & Duplication: Efficiently duplicate and adapt landing pages, homepages, and featured collections from the US site to international regions.
  • Store Upkeep: Build, update, and organize product pages, write/format product descriptions, and manage collection parameters.
  • "Walk the Aisles" (QA): Actively audit our websites daily to catch misplaced products, formatting bugs, or layout issues, resolving them proactively and reporting back for final approval.

Amazon & Marketplace Support

  • Store Maintenance: Support our US Amazon presence via Amazon Seller Central.
  • Listing Management: Upload new product images, set up complex product variants, and handle ongoing admin updates.
  • A+ Content: Build and upload engaging A+ content layouts to ensure our brand energy translates effectively on Amazon.
  • TikTok Shop: Support listing synchronization and basic admin maintenance as needed.

Digital Asset Management (DAM) & Content Ops

  • Centralize the Library: Take raw assets from photoshoots, creators, and ad teams and organize them within a centralized system.
  • Tagging & Metadata: Implement a strict tagging and meta-tagging taxonomy so regional teams can instantly retrieve relevant photography, videography, social media assets, and CTV content.
  • Rights Tracking: Track content usage rights and expiration timelines to ensure compliant use across global markets.
  • Process Automation: Partner with leadership to explore AI workflows (like Claude) to optimize page duplication, asset management, and localization tasks.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Shopify Proficiency (Admin-Level): Strong native Shopify dashboard skills. You know how to maneuver sections, build featured collections, and handle navigation. No coding/liquid developer skills required.
  • Amazon Seller Central Experience: Proven experience setting up listings, managing variations, and building out Amazon A+ content.
  • Obsessive Attention to Detail: You take pride in QA. Typos, misaligned graphics, and missing tags bug you, and you fix them fast.
  • Process-Driven Organizer: You enjoy turning a messy folder of creative assets into a perfectly cataloged, searchable library.
  • Self-Directed & Reliable: Comfortable working independently, managing multiple ongoing tasks, and checking in daily with leadership for final alignment.
  • Communication & Tech: Excellent written and spoken English. Experience using or interest in leveraging AI tools (like Claude) for workflow efficiency is a major plus.

Why Join Us:

  • Global Footprint: Be a core part of an international expansion scaling across North America, Europe, Asia, and South America.
  • Dynamic Culture: Work with a collaborative, high-energy team that values execution, clarity, and fun.
  • Career Growth: This is a dedicated, full-time career path within Sprints as we scale our operations globally.
