Position : Amazon Ecommerce Manager

Working Hours : M-F CET

Salary Range : 2,500 to 3,000 USD/month

About the role:

This is not a support role. You will own key revenue channels and have a direct impact on growth. From managing PPC campaigns and optimizing listings to improving backend operations and coordinating with logistics, you’ll play a central role in driving operational excellence and commercial performance.

• ​​​​​​Own our Amazon, Bol.com, and Shopify platforms end-to-end
• Set up, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns with clear KPIs
• Optimize listings: titles, descriptions, SEO, pricing, and imagery
• Monitor sales performance, spot trends, and proactively take action
• Maintain and improve the Shopify backend (products, collections, apps)
• Coordinate with fulfillment and warehouse partners to ensure smooth operations

• 3+ years of e-commerce experience
• Hands-on experience with Amazon (FBA) and Shopify
• Proven track record with Amazon PPC and budget ownership
• Strong knowledge of listing optimization, CRO, and A/B testing
• Analytical, data-driven, and commercially minded
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and optimizing for revenue growth.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
