We are an email marketing agency seeking a world-class Email Designer to join our production team. This is not just a graphic design role; we are looking for a "visual translator" who can take a completed copywriting draft—often translated from Danish—and transform it into a high-converting, visually stunning email campaign.

You will be responsible for the entire visual lifecycle of an email, from initial design in Figma to technical implementation in Klaviyo. The ideal candidate has an agency mindset, understands the nuances of e-commerce branding, and possesses the technical savvy to manage dynamic content within the Klaviyo drag-and-drop editor.

• Figma Workflow: Design visually engaging, mobile-first email templates and campaigns in Figma based on provided copywriting drafts.
• Brand Adaptation: Rapidly adapt to various e-commerce brand guidelines, ensuring every email feels native to the client's brand identity.
• Creative Translation: Interpret copywriter notes and translated content to create layouts that emphasize the right "hooks" and calls to action.

• Drag-and-Drop Mastery: Build and optimize emails directly within the Klaviyo editor, ensuring pixel-perfect translation from Figma.
• Dynamic Content Management: Set up and test dynamic content blocks to ensure the right elements (product recommendations, personalized data, etc.) are feeding through correctly for different segments.
• Technical QA: Ensure all links, tracking, and dynamic logic are functioning perfectly before deployment.
• Mobile Optimization: Guarantee that every design is fully responsive and high-performing across all devices and email clients.

• Expert Tool Proficiency: Mastery of Figma and the Klaviyo email editor is non-negotiable.
• Agency Background: Prior experience working within an agency environment is highly preferred, as you will be managing multiple clients and fast-paced deadlines.
• Senior-level experience and mastery of graphic design principles and Figma design (4+ years of experience)
• A+ English: Exceptional English fluency is required. You must be able to catch subtle nuances in copy and ensure that the design supports the written narrative perfectly.
• Technical Savvy: While heavy coding isn't required, you must be comfortable with the "logic" of email marketing—knowing how dynamic content pulls through and how to troubleshoot display issues.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing clean, high-converting e-commerce email designs.

You will be working with a high-performing team on a variety of international clients.
