Priority Location: South Africa and Philippines

Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Mon - Fri) EU aligned

Salary Range: $1,500 - $2,300 USD ($) per month

About the Company:

This role sits within a fast-growing, founder-led e-commerce group based in Scandinavia.

 

The business operates multiple direct-to-consumer brands, including:

• A leading pet supplements brand
• A sleep and recovery brand

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality designs in Figma across a variety of use cases, including:
• Website sections and landing pages
• Product pages and galleries
• Email marketing assets
• General brand and marketing visuals
• Translate business and marketing needs into clean, effective designs
• Support ongoing design needs across multiple e-commerce brands
• Help manage tasks, timelines, and priorities (light project coordination)
• Collaborate with a small team of designers to maintain quality and consistency
• (Nice to have) Assist with implementation in WordPress/Elementor

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, relevant design work (primary evaluation criteria)
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Experience working with e-commerce brands
• Highly organized, structured, and reliable
• Strong accountability and ownership mindset
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

 

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience with WordPress and Elementor
• Experience designing email marketing assets
