Finance & AccountingFinance Manager

Location: 100% Remote (Philippines preferred)

Hours: Full-Time, aligned with US Business Hours

Reports To: CEO / Leadership Team

Our cliint is a growing, fast-paced organization looking to institutionalize our financial practices and back-office operations. As our client base and team scale, we are moving away from manual tracking toward automated, institutional-grade financial workflows.

We operate across two distinct entity structures, with sister companies located in both the United States and Pakistan. We are looking for a process-oriented, meticulous Finance Manager to take full ownership of our intercompany ledger tracking, booking ecosystems, and consolidated financial reporting.

This is a comprehensive, standalone corporate finance role designed for a hands-on manager who loves creating order out of complex numbers. You will own the entire financial cycle from day-to-day accounts receivable/payable (AR/AP) and billing reconciliations to high-level cash flow forecasting and management reporting for two sister companies (US and Pakistan).

The immediate priorities of this seat are to centralize our books within QuickBooks Online, streamline international billing processes, manage multi-currency fluctuations, and provide leadership with clean, accurate visibility into global profitability and operational margins.

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire invoicing lifecycle across both sister companies, ensuring corporate clients are billed accurately, on time, and in strict accordance with varying contract terms.
  • Actively track receivables across both regional entities and manage aging debt reports, implementing polite yet highly effective collection follow-ups to minimize days sales outstanding (DSO).
  • Reconcile complex corporate billing accounts across multiple service lines, project scopes, and international payment rails.
  • Oversee global accounts payable, verifying vendor invoices against agreements, managing expense approvals, and preparing payment runs for leadership.
  • Maintain clean, audit-ready, up-to-date documentation using QuickBooks Online as the centralized accounting source of truth.
  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes, including bank ledger, credit card, and multi-currency account reconciliations.
  • Handle intercompany accounting transactions, ensuring accurate tracking of fund transfers, shared expenses, and operational balances between the US and Pakistan entities.
  • Oversee international contractor payroll logistics, ensuring domestic wire routing and global payout methods are executed seamlessly.
  • Produce comprehensive monthly financial statements, including individual and consolidated Income Statements (P&L), Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.
  • Build out actionable, data-driven margin analyses, operational budgeting tracking, and variance reports for leadership.
  • Keep an eagle-eye view on cash runway across both entities, proactively highlighting cash flow optimizations or structural spending issues.
  • Continuously clean up and automate outdated invoicing and international financial documentation habits.
  • Coordinate documentation requests with external localized tax CPA teams or legal advisors in both the US and Pakistan as needed for compliance.
  • Experience: 4+ years of professional accounting or corporate finance management experience, with specific experience managing multi-currency accounts or sister entities across different global regions.
  • Tech Stack Mastery: Deep, advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Online is strictly required. High comfort level with international payment rails (Wise, Deel, etc.) and advanced Excel modeling capabilities.
  • Elite Attention to Detail: A professional who prides themselves on error-free numbers, impeccable data organization, and absolute discretion regarding global financial records.
  • Communication: Flawless written and spoken business English. You must be comfortable corresponding cleanly with corporate client finance departments regarding outstanding balances or invoice disputes.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or an active accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA, or regional equivalent) is highly preferred.
