You sit at the intersection of finance + supply chain + operations. Your world includes:

Active negotiation on pricing, terms, and lead times
-
Global sourcing strategy aligned with quality, cost, and speed
-
Capacity planning, line time, and production scheduling
-
QA/QA coordination and on-time, in-full execution
-
Channel-level demand forecasting (Amazon, DTC, retail/wholesale if applicable)

Stock levels, buffer strategies, and turns optimization
-
Continuous cost-down programs without diluting quality
-
Reformulations, packaging optimizations, and logistics efficiencies
-
Tight grip on working capital, payables, receivables, and inventory financing
-
Scenario modeling (base, downside, aggressive growth)
-
POs, landed cost tracking, and unit economics
-
Coordination on compliance, tax positioning (with advisors), and cap table awareness
-
Partnering with bookkeeping/finance resources to maintain clean, decision-ready reporting
