Finance Ops Associate - 21423

• 2+ years in a bookkeeping, finance operations, or blended finance/administrative role
• Hands-on QuickBooks experience across invoicing, AP/AR, and reconciliations
• Experience working with U.S.-based companies and U.S. financial practices
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Able to work full U.S. Eastern business hours on a sustainable, long-term basis
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and discretion with confidential financial information

• QuickBooks certification
• Experience supporting an executive, owner, or founder
• Background in professional services, agency, or real estate environments
• Based in Latin America or South Africa
• Experience building simple SOPs or processes
