About the Role

- Build and maintain web applications using Next.js and React
- Troubleshoot, debug, and deploy solutions independently
- Ensure high-quality, reliable code delivery for clients
- Work closely with founders and team members on priorities
- Communicate progress, blockers, and solutions clearly
- Align on timelines and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to improve speed and output
- Identify opportunities to streamline development workflows
- Contribute to improving delivery processes over time
Requirements
~1 min read- 2–5+ years experience as a Full-Stack Developer
- Strong experience with Next.js and React
- Comfortable working in a ticket-based / Kanban environment
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
- Experience or strong interest in AI-assisted coding tools
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in a remote startup or agency environment
- Exposure to working with international clients
- Background in freelance or contract-based development
