Full Stack ERP / AI Developer - 20881

Contextual Data Analysis: Develop AI features that analyze ERP data, interpret complex customer/defense specs, summarize historical jobs, and highlight operational risks.

Workflow Automation: Enable AI capabilities that assist users in drafting business outputs, evaluating scheduling bottlenecks, and eventually executing approved automated business actions.

Experience Level: Senior-level experience as a full-stack engineer with a proven track record of building complex, ground-up enterprise applications, ERPs, or manufacturing systems.

Database Mastery: Deep expertise with Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, database architecture, permissions, and performance tuning (mandatory core foundation).

AI / LLM Engineering: Hands-on experience building AI/LLM integrations, local on-premise inference models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and document parsing pipelines.

Security & Infrastructure: Deep understanding of on-premise software deployment, secure API design, RBAC, audit logging, and sensitive data protection (CUI/defense compliance standards).

Communication & Autonomy: Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to translate intricate manufacturing domain logic into scalable software design.

Prior experience building or engineering ERP, MES, QMS, industrial, or production management platforms.

Domain exposure to aerospace, defense, or high-compliance manufacturing industries.

Architecture Velocity: Successfully delivering core database schemas and initial full-stack ERP modules within the 3-month engagement window.

AI Security Integrity: Deploying a functional on-premise RAG/AI orchestration layer with zero unauthorized external data exposure.

Logic Accuracy: Faithfully translating complex manufacturing workflows and reference business logic into clean, performant, and audit-ready code.
