We are a fast-growing, direct-to-consumer (D2C) health and wellness brand dedicated to delivering premium, high-impact products to our community. We are scaling rapidly and looking to transition our paid acquisition from external agencies to an elite, in-house powerhouse. If you are an experienced media buyer who thrives on data but equally understands what makes a video scroll-stopping, this role was built for you.
We are looking for a rare "unicorn" growth marketer who can completely own our paid advertising ecosystem from end to end. Instead of splitting the work across media buyers and creative editors, you will sit at the center of both. You will run our ad accounts, dive deep into the data, build creative strategies, and jump into the timeline to edit the final assets using content we produce and shoot. This is a high-autonomy role for a true specialist looking to completely own the performance trajectory of a brand.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Execute, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across core D2C channels (Meta, TikTok, and Google).
- Constantly audit ad account performance, managing budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to scale efficiently while hitting strict ROAS and CAC targets.
- Conduct continuous A/B testing of hooks, angles, copy, and landing pages to sustain scalable performance.
- Architect our creative roadmap by analyzing performance data to identify winning concepts, angles, and hooks.
- Take the raw content and footage produced and shot by our team and edit it into high-converting, direct-response ad creative (including hook variations, mashups, and dynamic pacing).
- Script and brief new content needs for our content team based on creative gaps and data insights.
- Maintain absolute data discipline, tracking core metrics daily and weekly to report directly to the Founder.
- Utilize internal data, ad managers, and third-party attribution tools to accurately assess blended ecosystem health.
- Proven D2C Track Record: 3+ years of hands-on experience running paid social campaigns specifically for scaling D2C brands. Experience in the health, wellness, or supplement space is highly preferred.
- Dual Skillset: You must be highly analytical (comfortable with tracking, attribution, and scale) and highly creative (proficient in Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro for direct-response editing).
- Portfolio Required: You must be able to share a portfolio of ad creatives you personally edited along with the performance data/wins behind them.
- Self-Starter Mindset: You don't wait for an agency brief. You look at the account data, realize we need a new hook, grab the raw files, edit it, and launch it yourself.
