We are seeking an experienced General Manager to take full ownership of the overall business performance, overseeing revenue growth, profitability, team management, and product innovation. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this position requires a dynamic leader adept at scaling digital media platforms, managing multidisciplinary teams, and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
Responsibilities

- →Own P&L responsibility, driving revenue and profitability through strategic initiatives, sales optimization, and marketing execution.
- →Identify and implement revenue-maximizing strategies to leverage existing customer demand and untapped market potential.
- →Growth & Strategy:
- →Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies, encompassing content, product, partnerships, and performance marketing.
- →Lead strategic partnerships and negotiations to enhance the industry position.
- →Product & User Experience:
- →Oversee product development, ensuring the suite of tools and content continuously meet and exceed user expectations.
- →Own user experience across the platform, driving user retention and engagement through continuous innovation.
- →Team Leadership:
- →Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing teams across content, engineering, sales, and marketing.
- →Foster a collaborative and accountable culture, ensuring alignment across departments towards shared business objectives.
- →Content & Editorial Direction:
- →Guide content strategy, ensuring the maintains its position as a thought leader and authoritative resource.
- →Oversee the production and distribution of benchmark reports and in-depth industry analyses.
- →Engineering & Technology:
- →Direct technical strategy and roadmap, prioritizing product features and infrastructure investments aligned with business goals.
- →Ensure the robustness and scalability of the technology stack and data-driven PPC systems.
Requirements

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, PPC platforms, content monetization, and influencer marketing trends.
- Demonstrated ability in managing and scaling multidisciplinary teams (content, product, sales, engineering).
- Strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Exceptional analytical skills, capable of leveraging data to inform decisions and optimize business performance.
